Amazon Prime is beating Netflix in India and 2 other countries

Netflix ended 2017 with 110 million paid subscribers. That absolutely dwarfs the number of Amazon Prime and Prime video subscribers watching video. Which IHS markit estimates totaled 44 million last year
But there are 3 countries where the number of users watching Prime video outnumbers those watching netflix: Germany,India and Japan
The success of video in those market shows up in Amazon's overall sale results. Germany,Japan and the U.K are one of amazon's  biggest markets outside of the U.S. Meanwhile Amazon reported Prime in India had more signups in the first year than any other country.
