Flipkart being asked at 30 billion dollars by an American company but rejected by the Soft bank

The American multinational company put forward 23 billion as proposition to buy the Indian e-commerce company Flipkart. The American company Walmart put forward this propostion in order to overcome the Amazon platform in India. Walmart and Amazon are the tight competitors in the retail market.
